Today was a wonderful first day to my "ski week".
Why? Part of me wants to say well... it was the sunshine that woke me up, granola plus banana plus milk breakfast, finally planting that purple vine, moving the jasmine in front of the trellis outside my window, cold water with fresh lemon, a lunch break phone call from a favorite friend with wisdom to share, bees, dirt under my nails and the prolonged sunshine being added to each day.
